Keto EGGLESS GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE/Low carb eggless chocolate cake(in ramekins)

Another divinilivious recipe for a chocolate cake in a ramekin made with whey protein isolate...now you don’t even need eggs in your cakes lol ...this is really a must try recipe as it’s soft and moist and fluffy

Here’s the recipe :
Gooey chocolate cake
Ingredients:
For 2 ramekins
2 heaping tsps almond flour
2 heaping tsps whey protein isolate
2-3 tsps sweetener
2 heaping tsps cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp xantham gum
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 heaping tsps Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup hot water
2 pieces of dark chocolate or stevia sweetened chocolate

Method :
Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except for the water and chocolate bits. Give it a good mix and then add the water big by bit. Now take the ramekins and butter them well and dust some cocoa powder in them so that it’s well coated with it . Now drop a bit of the mixture into the ramekin and then place 1 piece of chocolate in the centre and then put the rest of the mixture on TOP of it . Do this for both the ramekins.
Bake at 350 deg f or 180 deg c for 10-12 minutes.
